Streaming issues to youtube with vmix.. can't work it out!

Hey guys
I've been streaming 1080p 1920x1080/30FPS and 320kpbs audio with my 4G hotspot in the past using OBS and never had dropped frames or issues..
I was averaging around 18mpbs upload speed.
I tried the same with vmix last night, but was getting all sorts of errors in the youtube live dashboard saying the video upstream/upload wasn't stable enough.. and then I looked through these errors in the logs and noticed this.. I then attempted to reduce the stream output in vmix to much lower e.g.. 720 / 30fps at 2mpbs but still getting dropped frames... and the youtube feed wasn't working well at all...
any ideas??

You can use a bonding software to combine multiple ISPs. That usually helps. Other than that you can check with winMTR if you have congestions on the way to the server. You have to use winMTR while you face the issue. It won't help post mortem.
If you use 4G make sure your plan covers for the bandwidth. Mighjt be that you reached your limit and the provider is throttling you down.
