How do I get vMix social to update with one button

Hi there
I have vMix social working with my sources, Facebook and Youtube and I have created a full page with a text area for the vMix social content ready to be sent out to another system.
I put the comments into the queue and all I want to do it hit one button to increment the comments forward and one for reversing the comments.
No transitions, just a simple Update for the vMix social content which is on screen.
However I can't find a Shortcut which seems to allow this? I was expecting 'refresh' 'send' or 'update title' but there's nothing there.
Can anyone help please? I have a Live Stream tomorrow and this is vital. Gulp!!
