I'm new to using vMix so I'm hoping to find a solution to my problem
I am using a PC to run vMix
For the sound into the computer and the main sound into vMix I am using a Rodecaster Pro mixer/recorder the Rodecaster is connected to the PC using USB. I also use the Rodecaster to monitor the sound of the production.
I use a MXL 990 mix pluged into the Rodecaster for my voice
For now I am using a Logitech C610 webcam as my main camera, I select none for audio
In vMix for sound I select the Audio input as the Rodecaster Pro and mute the headphones
In vmix under Audio Outputs Master Output and Headphones are selected as Default Windows Playback Device
  So to the problem
When I initiate a vMix Video Call, I get perfect sound to the person, the video from the person is crystal clear, also my video and sound to them is also very clear with no echo or feedback.
The problem is, although the caller IS using a headset, they are hearing an echo, not feedback but a echo of their voice.
I have looked, read and watched various tutorials but I can't find how to fix this problem.
I thankyou in advance for your help.
  Cheers Brian

You probably have to activate the USB mix minus on the Rodecaster or only bring in the tracks you need into vMix.

You are a lifesaver a genius!! Thankyou so much for your help. Everything now works perfectly. I found the setting for mix minus in the Rodcaster menus, turned it on and all is good. Again thankyou
