Hi,

I am using the latest version 23.0.0.49. From the past two weeks, I am getting a weird experience of video calling. Two of my shows have already been canceled because I couldn't get it recorded. It keeps on getting stuck, disconnects on clients, etc. I have sent an email yesterday and a reminder today, so far no response.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue, as I am having another show on Saturday?
