vMix Call 'fixed' latency? Question.

Hello All,
I am looking for a 'fixed' latency video transmission solution for getting live video from a guests computer to mine
The application is live music streaming, so we have a live audio feed hitting my computer from them and i need to get a video feed from them that doesn't wildly loose sync. Zoom can fluctuate by seconds, we even set up our own video server but that had bandwidth problems.
As we can always delay the audio feed to stream I do not need low latency video, i just need the latency to be relatively fixed and not deviate by much more than 45ms. So it can remain in sync with the audio to stream.
Can vMix Call be my solution? Will it give me a fairly fixed latency time without much deviation? I am really looking forward to hearing your solutions.
Many thanks! Tom.
