https://www.vmix.com/help23/I think you will find all you need when you open that link...there is an option to download...please do that and read, read, and read again....you will find it VERY helpful, and you will get answers quicker than having to wait for a reply to things that is covered in those Help Files...it is what I used from the start, before I even tried to use vMix....like I said, read, read, and then read again....You can also go to vmix.com, and check out the video tutorials there....they give you the instructions straight fromm the builders of vmix... Hope I helped you....

I have read x3 as you suggested. But I still cannot find an answer. I have deleted the trial version and installed paid for version. I still cannot figure out problem as I have tried to record in every mode possible, avi, mp4, etc. all are not in sync. I am sure I did not change any settings. I have also deleted presets "history" if you will from previous vids.

I am using a MSI GS 63 Stealth which has: - Intel 8 Gen Core i7-8750H - GEFORCE GTX 1060 - 6GB GDDR5 (VIDEO MEM) - SYS mE. 16GB DDR4 -2666MHz - 256 SSD + 1TB HDD
I really don't think it's my laptop. Any ideas are appreciated.
