Hi --

I have 3 DataVideo PTZ cameras which run to a Datavideo HS-1600T (which I use as a video switcher and an audio input). From there, we send out the video signal to PC, which is captured with a Magewell USB Capture HDMI Plus.

vMix seems to intermittently not capture the video at 1080p/59.94, though the log file does not indicate any loss of frames. When this occurred recently, I swapped out USB ports that I was using, which seemed to fix the issue; however, it appeared again today with no changes to my hardware setup.

Any suggestions on what the cause is and how I could resolve it?
