When we broadcasted over the weekend, our viewers said that the sound only came out of their left speaker - not their right. This was my experience as well listening with headphones. The left ear worked - but not right. Currently we are sending our mix from a mixer auxiliary output into our Behringer audio interface via XLR cable, which then goes into the computer via USB. Any tips on how to get stereo for our listeners? Is it a setting in vMix? Or am I doing something wrong with the setup? Thank you!

Just select "SeparateMono" from the dropdown menu and you will have the audio of the first or second channel in a stereo pair. It is simpler than the channel matrix.  Anotacion 2020-03-24 221824.png (44kb) downloaded 0 time(s).
