This is a new setup for my church, we have two cameras connected to usb sdi capture devices. the audio is direct from our Berringer Audio Mixer to a Sure MVI that converts to USB. This is all pushed out in vMix to Facebook. The video has been good from the start. the audio has been a challenge.
There was a skip or buffer to begin with, I added a network buffer to almost get that out of the problem. The problem I can not get out is the singers sound like they are singing in a LOWER register or octave.

I have no idea what else to do or where to even start.

 Any help would be appreciated.

 Bruce

Thank you for the response. I was able to make the change and go live this morning. There was also a mismatch of bit rate one was 16 the other 24.
Again thank you. Your tutorials have been instrumental in getting us through our first streaming

 Regards

 Bruce
