Receiving this error message when trying to install Desktop capture to my iMac running 10.14 Mojave. OSStatus error 99999

iMac??
Try NDI scan converter on an apple OS and ingest that feed into vMix on a Windows machine.

Desktop capture is supposed to allow me to send a NDI stream to another computer running OBS. It installed fine on my other Mac running Catalina, but not one running High Sierra or Mojave, so I'm trying to find out what the issue is. I can't find anything that says Catalina is required.
