I tested a stream to Facebook and the live feed was showing a delay of about 1 minute or more. My audio and video were in sync but everything was showing up behind what I was actually saying or doing. I was using 720 128 kbps. How do I correct this?

ingest using low latency setting in vMix, and enable low latency on youtube in the stream settings. its the only way ad the only controls available to you to thwart this. there will still be a tad bit of a delay, 10-15 seconds at times.
