It is helpful to create entries in the event list, that you do not (always) want to be played back.
E.g. a time-out in a basketball game.
It helps to see this in the event list because during a time-out, one plays back a bunch of highlights, and in the NEXT time-out, one likes to know which events were already (probably) played back in the previous time-out.

In order to achieve this, 2 options come to mind:
1. be able to create an IRP entry, that is not a playback-able event, but rather a remark that contains text like "Time-out".
2. be able to create an IRP event, with all angles deselected, that one can label "Time-out". All angles must be deselected because you don't want to play this back to the viewers.

All this should be assignable to a shortcut.
