Yeterday we had our External 2 Output sending 720p 59.94 to another PC and is was working great! Now it doesn't? No setting changes, no camera changes?

How should I trouble shoot?

2 PCs

Both have
i7 4930K 6 core
SSD for C-drives
32Gb ram
(2) BMD Quad Decklind
(1) BMD Intensity Pro

Windows 7 Pro

Here is the Error Message I get:
StartStopExternal.Decklink Video Render
No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection.
