Vmix stream to Teradek Decoder - Live stream to Teradek decoder to caption encoder and wowza server.

Due to the requirements for closed captioning of our live streams, I need to send my VMix stream to a Teradek Decoder so that I can loop the video and audio through a closed caption decoder before sending it to my Wowza server. The Teradek decoder accepts MPEG Transport Stream, RTP/RTSP, Teradek Streaming, or RTP Push streaming. How do I set up the VMix stream output for any of these?
