Occasionally, a bit too often to my liking, I get the crash windows.
I've been testing functions, options, shortcuts lately, with simple Color Inputs, not even video files, no NDIs or cameras and no recordings in progress.
Just trying settings, exploring vMix.
I get these crashes fairly often, 1-2 times an hour.

Here's a funny request:
Can I make these somehow pop-up on top of my windows (vMix)?
For some reason they sneak behind vMix window and it takes me 5-10 seconds to realize something is wonky, after frenetically pressing buttons that don't react any longer.

Thanks !

Hi,

I would suggest dropping us an email to investigate further.
info@vmix.com.au

It sounds like maybe the system has some faulty hardware or some other issue causing it to close.

The only crashing issues we have seen in years have been related to faulty NDI encoders.

Martin

Initial tests, upon removing MSI crapware, show the system and vMix to be stable.
I didn't have a chance to go at it for more than a few minutes in the last week.
Will get back with some more feedback.

I am really happy to hear this ( no sarcasm , no irony ):
