I have a very important request. I am not sure if this has been requested but this would be huge for us.
Is it possible to make vMix take priority of the fullscreen output? We had an issue this morning at church. We switched some monitors around and somehow Windows thought that out fullscreen monitor was the primary monitor, so when we opened some system windows, they opened up on top of our fullscreen output. So during our service we had system windows pop up about 3 times on our side screens. Can vMix take ultimate priority of that monitor output and not allow anything at all to go on the fullscreen other than the vMix feed? Thanks!

There is a setting in vMix Settings -> Display called "On Top", try that and see if it helps.

That should not happen if you open the windows that popped up and drag them back over to the main window, and right click on a blank space on the screen and do a refresh, they should not show up on the output again..I know the mouse pointer shows up ...maybe someone was playing around with the system and moved things around
