I have the latest version of vMix running on Win10. I am using a static IP address on the LAN of 192.168.1.117.
Under Settings, Web Controller I get a Web Site Address of 192.168.225.209:8088 which is unchangeable and unreachable.

I can control vMix from another device using 192.168.1.117:8088. Am I missing something??

I do not know what you are doing to find the IP address, but if you go into settings on vMix, scroll down to the web Controller, and you will find the IP address there to link to vMix. Also, make sure the box in the top left hand corner is ticked to enable You do not need to put the 8088....
