vMix Social Delay - Why the delay in messages?

I'm guessing it has something to do with Facebook but why is there such a delay in seeing the comments displayed in the chatroom before the vMix Social displays it?

I can sometimes wait upto 10 seconds, by that time our guests have moved on or get confused as to what the hell is going on.

I've started to just copy and paste the comments as its much quicker, anyway this can be sorted?
