                This one doesn't seem big, but it is if you have to access setup on a multi-input virtual set source regularly.... The drop-down boxes for source list / selection are only about 10 characters wide. If you have similarly named inputs with longer names, you are left guessing which one is which.  Also the mouse scroll wheel affects the background screen rather than the list.

 Just an idea, have you thought about changing the name of the input under the cog section?
