How do i make a small video of myself to display at the top right corner when doing a screen recording video like this guy NB: what tool or features is that?

Use one of the overlay keyers. They can be resized and positioned. They can stay up while you change the underlying shots. If you need to create the circle effect, use an image with a matte. Or as this example shows, use a Wingding character in a text shot. Assign the circle matte item as the key shape for the camera shot.
