I have one PTZoptics SDI 30x camera available in a Sanctuary setting. It is necessary to zoom out to a wide angle, zoom in on the pulpit, and then move over to the choir. I can slow the camera movement down however some viewers complain of vertigo even when slowed to a crawl.
Pending a second camera is it possible to achieve a cheap 2 camera effect by freezing the input, then making a rapid as possible camera shift, and then fading to live again.
If this is feasible, how best to implement it?
Thanks

Thanks I believe you can not just freeze frame in vMix at this time. You could use NDI to route frozen image back to vMix, but easier solution would be to use "Video Delay" input of 1 second in length of of the output. This way you can go like this: Switch to Video Delay input Change PTZ position Switch to PTZ camera You should not use audio follow video, since it will mess your audio up. Also, it is kinda cheap and dirty solution but should work. Each time you switch camera position, last second will be repeated to output.

Video delay can work as a freeze frame. With the Video Delay in the preview window, slide the player pointer all the way to the right. In the General Settings of the Video Delay Input, Uncheck Automatically Play with Transition and Automatically Restart with Transition.
