A pretty straight forward request: Be able to monitor the master audio bus post-processing. Currently it is pre, and I have some master bus processing that I can't hear unless I listen to our stream.
Granted I could probably rig up some scheme to pass the output back in somehow, but this needs to be transparent to our less technical operators. A setup menu pre/post option would be fine.

How do you monitor the Master audio bus?

Hi,
There actually isn't any pre-effects monitoring in vMix, so not sure where you are monitoring the audio?
Regards,

There is no way to set the headphone / monitor output to monitor the final audio product at the output of the master bus. The headphone / monitor output is derived from a headphone mix bus, not the master output. So if there is processing on the master output, there is no way to hear it. Additionally, for the same reason, audio Fade To Black is not heard in the monitor (audio stays up in monitors).
Sure, I could route the master bus direct to my audio output device feeding the monitors, but then I'd lose solo and monitor volume control from the GUI.

This is not correct, the Headphones bus includes all the effects of the Master bus. The only exception is when solo-ing a particular input or using FTB, so you can monitor audio prior to going live.

Okay, well I must be doing something wrong because I can enable and disable the VST plugin and hear it on the stream but no change in the monitors. Let me dig some more tonight when we're "off the air".

I apologize - I found our issue. The output for the speakers was different than headphones and caused some confusion.
