Hello

The other day, video and audio were received from a remote location with vMix call, but in the middle of receiving,
there is an event that a semi-transparent yellow line appears in the vertical direction in the center of the video, or it is fixed if communication is continued for a while. (There was no problem with the sound).
Neither environment has changed the connection or source, and it is not shown in the sending preview,
so I think that it is in the middle of the line, but has anyone encountered the same phenomenon?
Also,I want you to tell me if you know what line speed is necessary to use vMix call successfully
