We're new users of vMix and are loving it. Very powerful software, and well made!

In our initial use, we've come across a few wish list items related to day-to-day use:

1. Title presets list (inside title graphics) refinements:
* Alphabetical sorting would be really helpful in situations where there are a lot of presets.
* Ability to change a preset name for clearer internal workflows. This "description" field would still default to the current scheme, but would be changeable.
* Separate, definite save / edit button. At the present time, it can be very unclear if you're editing an existing preset, which one, and knowing if it saved the change.

2. Main presets functionality: it would be helpful if vMix made one or more bak files when a preset is overwritten. When you have a huge complex preset, it's far too easy to accidentally blow it away with an errant overwrite. We're currently using third party software to backup the presets on a regular basis, but this is not effective for same day changes & overwrites.

3. Input/source selection tabs (the colored tabs): vMix defaults to tab 1 (black tab) on loading, which is hard coded as the all-items tab. We have a lot of inputs in there that are just building blocks for multiview sources. We don't want people in that tab and have other leaner tabs set up for actual shows. It would be nice to have the ability to define the startup tab to keep people out of the "all" tab by accident.
