Hi!

I have an issue with vMix 21 Pro

After windows 10 update to 1903 release, vMix won't launch anymore

I have an error saying

exception was raised for windows.system.frameworkelement
below it says
exception was raised for 'System.Windows.Documents.TextElement'

vmix-error.jpg (23kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

Already contacted support, waiting for an answer, but I have a big production tomorrow and need to solve this asap

If anybody has an idea or know what this error is about.

TIA
Guillaume

Apparently updating windows to 1909 build partially solved the issue but everything related to titles still don't work

Checking if no other issues elsewhere

Edit : Found it !

It was a font given by the client that was corrupted and causing issues. After removing it, it seems everything's OK
