We use Dejero for most of our remote broadcasts where there is not already a fiber drop. Wondering if Dejero uses SRT and if it would be possible to stream direct to Dejero server without having to use external hardware in v23, or is this a propritary product.

I'm not 100% sure about that. I filled in on natl. soccer game last summer (2019) for the regular camera shader
on a quick last moment thing, and while checking out the truck I noticed a Dejero backpack sitting inside the
truck patch. It had a single ethernet cable plugged in, and when I checked on the game patch list, they had
the Dejero marked as "Pgm Backup, Dejero via SRT to (an IP address at main studios)". I asked the truck engineer
if it was running bonded to cell and he replied "no". I had not worked much with SRT at that point, and had a ton of
other stuff to be taking care of, so that does leave me to think that at least that backpack had the capacity to
encode to SRT, and it was plugged direct into the dedicated network switch, so not passing through any other encoders.
I'm going to try and get my hands on their Android encoder app if I can get a password/License from them and see what
it's sending as their phone app will work only using the single cell connection, although you can bond it with one
other cell phone or wifi hot spot. I would think their app on a IOS or Android phone would count as "3rd party hardware".
