Unable to stream to my Facebook page - Error (#200) App needs permission scopes (MANAGE_PAGES, PUBLISH_PAGES)...

Streaming to Facebook Live:

I am able to login successfully to my other pages but this one page. The error that is showing is "(#200) App needs permission scopes (MANAGE_PAGES, PUBLISH_PAGES) to create live video behalf of a page user." I don't know what else to do. It seems like the issue is on vMix side because I was able to post from other live streaming interface like BeLive.TV and Streamyard. Please advise
