Add Preview" Overlay flag for the vMix Activator Menu Event to identify the difference between an Overlay displayed on the Output Program versus Preview on a hardware control surface button (figure 1).

i.e.: Event = Overlay1Preview, Overlay2Preview, Overlay3Preview, Overlay4Preview

This feature was recently added to the vMix API, however is also required for Activators & vMix TCP.



Add “Any/All” to the INPUT source drop-down menu (figure 1), so that if any source for an overlay on the Output Program or Preview will activate the Tally light for any of the Overlays 1-4. Otherwise we have to create Activators for each possible Overlay Source Input that may be used as an Overlay, for each of the four Overlay Keys.

The method is similar to that in the vMix Software (figure 3).



Add a Description textbox so each Activator’s function can be easily identified, in particular when using a hardware control surface and the event "Button Press” is being used (figure 2). Otherwise there is no clear indication as to the function of the vMix Activator.
