Ran into a situation where someone forgot to test that their PTZ gamepad was working. They started streaming, and realized it was not. We tried unplugging and plugging the device back in, but no such luck.
The ultimate solution was to restart vMix, which was not possible during the program. So I just assigned some shortcuts to the keyboard as a workaround.
So having the ability to click a button to get vMix to scan for 'new' devices while streaming would be great.

would also be useful if somehow you loose connection to a device. Looking at you, korg nanocontrol.
