First an image (maybe learn to insert the image in a post) of a western union slip doesn't tell anyone what you computer is nor does it tell anyone what version and license your vMix is

In order for fellow vMix users to be able to help you they need way more information than you provided , when you are able to do that you will see this community is very helpfull even if they too are sometimes very busy themselves
