Maybe I am missing something, or there is a bug (v22.0.0.69). It seems like the On/Off selection in Settings - Outputs/NDI is not saved neither in the settings file (.config) nor the preset file (.vmix). If that's intentional please explain why, because the way we use NDI Outputs are very mich different between projects.
