Hello all,

I'm relatively new to this world of live productions, so bare with me...

I use Blackmagic intensity shuttle video card, and whenever I select 'add input', then 'camera' and lastly my camera input which reads "Intensity Shuttle 1."

Frame rate, resolution, etc.,, have all been correctly formatted.

Audio comes through but no video... if anyone knows what the problem is I would greatly appreciate the help!

Thanks

To what? Your vMix profile or what the camera is sending (in case that's different)? And are you 100% sure your camera is actually sending what you think it is? You can double-check the camera output by using the Blackmagic Media Express capture utility, and setting the format to the same as in the vMix Camera input settings, just to check that you receive video through the device. Or connect the camera to a TV/monitor with an OSD which shows the video format when a new input is connected.
One "problem" with the Intensity Shuttle is that it doesn't auto-detect the format of the video source, so you have to be spot on in the manual settings or else "no picture".
