Hey everyone!

We just started using vMix & GT Designer recently so we've ran into some complications along the way now, that maybe you guys have an idea how to fix (if it's even fixable, or just not available yet).

1.) Textfields: When Importing a PSD, the textfield length is limited to exactly the text that was written in PSD. Our workaround is, to just write more letters (to the max length of where the textfield is supposed to be) - is it somehow possible to make the textfield automatically adjust, once it's loaded as gtzip into vMix?

2.) Fonts! A single textfield can only support 1 font. I can't write a word in arial and the other in calibri (example) - this hurt us, because we used a font for symbols (Twitter as Example) and wanted to have the tag behind it. Any solution to this, or is the fix as we had it, to have the symbol as real picture?

3.) Currently GT Designer only supports PSDs, is there any workaround to make InDesign compatible?

4.) Last one! We get a hexadecimal error here and then, and we fix it by just removing the text from the PSD and adding it later in the GT Designer. We didn't find out yet what exact symbol that causes. Any idea?

Thanks in advance for your help, hope to learn something new :)

Why not just add a native GT Textfield , will give you more options

2 seperate fields one being another text one or an image one (after all you mention it to be behind it )

Hey!

Currently our workflow is that we have a Graphic Designer who creates everything either in InDesign (doesn't work for here, unless its imported as png/jpg into vMix) or Photoshop. I think that makes more sense now to the questions for the workflow.

It's generally: Create PSD -> Import -> gtzip into vMix.
