Has anyone tried running vMix on a Hyper-V instance.
Windows 10 host with Windows 10 VM?
I have a very powerful machine and need to put it in colocation but it would be good to use it for remote live productions.

Havent tried on VM but one of my clients is running a Virtual production (40hr per week) on 3 servers running Vmix and remote desktop. I swapped from teamviewer to Anydesk which works nicer with it.
But, if LTT can make 8 editors work on one CPU, you can probably run a Virtual machine for vmix if youre very savvy.

Tried vMix under Hyper-V on Windows 10 and will not work. Video capture device and cameras do not work properly.
And Windows Sandbox won't even allow to Install vMix either.
Haven't tried it on VMWare, but I plan to try it out soon.
