I have one in an Akitio Node Lite enclosure. Using the Desktop Video Setup software and the only options it's giving me for all four are outputs. What I'm trying to get is 3 in and 1 out. What do I need to do? Thank you.

In the Blackmagic control panel for the device go to ports and you can configure each ports I/O in each ports page. Hope that makes sense.
