I feel so stupid , i didn`t know total input is mean for how much video , image , etc can be there . i just using trial and work well with me . didn`t know that trial can use like 1000 input . i just purchase Basic HD and now its kind useless for me because it only be able to use 4 input .
am i able to refund this ? i dont mind if its not fully refundable . just cant waste 60$ for something i cant use . to upgrade version like HD i dont have enough money for now .

this sort of request should be addressed to vMix directly.
on the other hand , as many of us who don't have the funds initially for an upgrade yet what else would you purchase then for more than 4 inputs. that being said what type of inputs are they that you need more to start of with (and get more experience with) as often there are a few workarounds when missing a few inputs (the more one has to more one tends to waste on efficiency)

well i do believe they have to sort through a lot of emails so ...depending on when you emailed
to be fair it's not a hidden secret how many inputs each license is capable of

You've got a free 60 day trial with every function of the Pro version. In my oppinion that's enough to make a decision for or against buying vMix...
