Would be nice to have a Stand alone version of GT Designer so we can build templates offline then import them in to our online systems

You can, I just go to Programs > Vmix > GT Designer.

Well that's what I do anyway. I then save the file, open up vmix and browse for my gzip file and up it comes.

Oh I see what you mean now (sorry I misunderstood), GT designer installs itself when you install the Vmix software.
