Hi, I'm experiencing hi latency spikes after around 20 minutes on a new desktop pc with the following specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte X299 Designare EX
Cpu: Intel I7-9800X
Ram: HyperX 2x8GB 2133Mhz
SSD on C: Samsung EVO 850 - 500GB SATA
SSD for replay: SanDisk ULTRA - 1TB SATA
Gpu: Zotac GTX 1080Ti 11GB ram
Power Supply:850W

- 4x 1080p50 cameras input on a Blackmagic Duo2
- 4x replay
- 1 external out 1080p50 (from the second Blackmagic Duo2)
- 1 record H264 1920x1080p50 @ 25Mbps (hardware encoding)
- 1 record h264 1280x720 @ 6Mbps (hardware encoding)
- 1 x 1080 promo video
- 6 x graphics with GT Animation
- 1 x stinger replay

CPU has 44 pci lanes and motherboards can support 2x 16 so on the firs PCI slot there is the first Blackmagic Duo 2 (16x)then the GPU on the third slot (16x) and then the second
Duo 2 on the fifth slot (4x).

I'm ingesting datas with OCR scoreboard from another PC (notebook).

Any ideas?

Thanks

As per nVidia

"It is recommended that you install the graphics card into the primary PCI Express
x16 slot.
"

GPU should be on the PCIEX16_1 Slot 1
Blackmagic Duo 2 (16x) should be on the PCIEX16_3

as per Page 21 of the owner's manual. Your CPU is an 8 core CPU.

Thanks desmar but at first the GPU was intalled on the PCIEX16_1 and the problem was still there.

Starts to be a pain the new production PC...

I never had that issue ingesting Scoreboard OCR into vMix streaming, both running on the same PC.

Gigabyte Z87X-UD7 TH
I7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
Memory 32.0 GB
GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2.0 GB
Intel SSD 730 Series 240 GB OS
Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500 GB Data Drive
Used IP Camera for Scoreboard OCR..

Maybe because I'm pushing to much datas on it?

Time clock, team 1 score, team 2 score, period, and 2 or more power play clocks on ice hockey.

OCR run into a laptop and get the scoreboard from a PTZ Optics 20X Gen 2 with NDI and send datas to the production pc via IP via vMix API.

Arturs from OCR confirmed that they were sending 10 update/second and vMix can handle only 5/second so they fixed that on the last update.

Hi Rinaldo,

Did you upgrade to at least 0.9.8.22 version ?

If you are still having issues, we have few more things we can do on our end. Martin told me that for old titles we should not send more than 5 updates per second and also use PauseRender/ResumeRender. So we should check if we are sending to GT titles or not and based on that lower the update frequency even more. Which will also result in not so smooth match time / shot clock in graphics, but this is something we might have to do.

Let me know,
Arturs
