Output 1 setting IS FOR STREAMING (and recording) and can be set to an individual input (for whatever reason) instead of what you see in the output frame. Has nothing to do with NDI or local the way you believe (just try it)
And you can turn the NDI off if you don't want that

If this is still not what you like to do then please be more clear

btw never saw you at a fam. reunion !

I guess he would like to stream 2 different Inputs to 2 different Servers at the same Time.
This is our "Problem" too, when Streaming the same Video to e.g. Youtube and Instagram Live.
The Video for the Instagram Live Output has to be resized and repositioned to cover the 9:16 Format and make space for the Chat.

Currently we have to use 2 different Setups, would be nice to have it out of one single Vmix Session.

Another Example would be that you want to have a different Overlay for Twitch and Youtube - You could have an Input 1 with specific Overlays that will be streamed to Youtube - and another Input 2 with different Overlays that will be streamed to Twitch.

Whether it makes sense or not is another discussion point ;)

You can only have one stream going out to multiple providers..

Only way to achieve what you want is to use several computers to
send different streams to different computers..

1) Send master output via NDI to computer 2 and 3.
2) Then add an overlay for Youtube to computer 2 and stream to Youtube.
3) Then add an overlay for Instagram to computer 3 and stream to Instagram.

This example requires 3 computers with vMix Basic HD.

or

With 2 computers 1 with (vMix 4K or Pro) and vMix Basic HD or lower.

1) Create 2 Virtual Inputs from master output.
2) Then add an overlay via multiview in input settings for Youtube to Virtual Input 1 and stream Virtual Input 1 to Youtube.
3) Send Virtual Input 2 to computer 2 via NDI.
3) Then add NDI input from the master computer for Instagram (virtual input 2).
4) Then add an overlay via multiview in input settings for Instagram and stream to Instagram.

Some services support a templated restream. So stream a blank and clean feed to the cloud service and apply a template with overlays for each target distribution. This way you save bandwidth and encoding power at the venue. A stress free setup with nothing to worry about.
If you need differnt programs (a different mix of cams) for each target audience you would need three mixers.

Since we have 4 outputs in vMix and 3 streaming destinations, it would be very useful to link them together.
We can already enable/disable overlays per output and select the audio bus.
It's also possible to link an input directly to an output.

Example in sports live streaming:
Output 1 is our stream with commentary.
This output has all overlays enabled (to show graphics in a local language) and uses the master audio.
Output 2 is the international stream without commentary.
It has only overlay 1 enabled (to show the scoreboard) and uses audio bus A.

If we could map output 2 to stream destination 2, we won't need to use extra software or an extra computer.

So I would suggest to add the option to select one of the four available outputs per streaming destination.
This would give you a lot more options than selecting an input.
