Setting multiple timers at once

Wasn't sure exactly which forum to stick this in, so here we go...
I've got multiple graphics that need to have a synced timer. I've setup shortcuts to play/pause and reset the timers with no issues.
My dilemma is needing to set the timers for a specific time.
We do American Football games, and on occasion the referee will want the clock set to a specific time, say 11:58 when it's currently it 12:07. What's the best way to send an update to all timers at the same time?
