If I have an URL like this:
http://192.168.0.121:8088/api/?Function=OverlayInput1&Input=8

and want it to continually repeat on and off every 30 seconds, is there a way, or am I limited to a single start and stop time?

can be done with triggers and will go on forever after giving the instruction once that you posted
