if i take the overlay onair, the GT animation goes well, if i take it out, it always takes the effect in the overlay settings(lower right)
i followed the video vMix GT TitleDesigner- How to create animated titles! i was setting, like described, the animation to cut, but then it cuts.

any idea what i am doing wrong?
thanks for help

Hi,

When creating the title in GT Title Designer, did you use "TransitionOut" under the "Animations" tab?

Here you decide what should happen when taking the title off.

Are you sure you saved the animation and reloaded it in vMix? Updating in GT Title Designer doesn't automatically update the graphics in vMix, so if you added a TransitionOut animation but didn't save and reload it, you don't see the new animation.

If that doesn't work, how are you triggering the animations? Are you using it as an overlay?

i am using vmix 22.66
if i am changing a title in GT editor, i refresh the input in vmix
i use overlay1 button for in and out
if i load "Scoreboard 9- Keepin score.gtzip" from the examples, in the editor the title flies out, in VMIX the title fades out.

here is flies out also within vMix !

If your license allows it and you have this strange problem , guess the best bet would be to contact vmix support

Do wonder why you not use the overlay buttons under the input itself ?
secondly wonder why your overlay indicators show up red

i changed my color setting, red onair, green preview.
it does not matter where i call the overlay, under the input or between prev/pgm.
it does not matter overlay 1,2,3 or 4

Activate the overlay and then right click on the gt title input and klick "Transition Out".

If you want it to come back in again -> right click->Transition In

You can set shortcuts for that stuff
