I have installed a BMD Declink Duo 2 into my PC. Windows Device Manager sees the inputsand vMix sees the inputs and allows me to bring them in as a camera input. However the Desktop Video Setup (or Media Express) can not see the card. Hence I can not configure the card to my requirements (i would like 4 inputs configured).
Has anyone seen this issue and be able to help?

• Duo 2 connected on PCIEX8 lane

• Motherboard Gigabtye Z77X-D3H Ver F16 (10/24/2012) Bios ID: 8A01AG0F

Incidentally, it all works OK on a newer motherboard: ASUS Z170-AR.

Sorry if this have has been posted before.

Many Thanks,
Cheers
Gerry

Did you tried in all slots? the slot most away from the GPU?
i have a few Duo2, they run in all sorts of mainboards, win7, win10, in any setup 4 in, 2 in, 2 out, with key etc. without any problem.
Did you tried different BM drivers?
have you checked for a newer bios for the MB?
