When I recorder vMix Call with multicorder, using vMix Call as the inputs, the audio and video are not in sync. When I record the same calls with multicorder using Outputs 3 and 4, the audio is in sync for the same calls in the recordings.
Any ideas what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks!

Same problem here. I wanted a x4 vmix call input to be recorded in the multicorder, but the audio and video is useless because they are totally out of sync. Depending on the internet link quality, i have several number of files (when the connexion is good i have 1 file, but when it is poor, i can have more that 10 files). But the major issue is that they are all totally out of sync.
Any ideeas ?

MultiCorder is a raw recording format, so it records the actual timing of the video and audio feeds as sent by the source (in this case a browser) If this timing is wrong, then the recording will be out of sync.
This is how MultiCorder is designed, so there is no workaround for this behaviour and we would advise using the Outputs 1-4 instead.
