Vimeo Pro testing and functionality issues

I am trying to premiere a film on my web site through Vimeo Pro. The problem is that there is no way I can see to test out Vimeo's eCommerce functionality when it comes to embedding and serving up the film (without possibly going live prematurely). I am also trying to give users access to the Extra Features page when they pay the small fee for my film.
The problem is that I have been getting ripped off by Wordpress developers from Craigslist who claim they can do the Vimeo functionality. What they do is perform a little bit of front-end work, bill me for it (easy WP work), and then bail on me when it comes to the back-end Vimeo functionality (described above).
If anyone can help me with testing Vimeo Pro's eCommerce streaming and/or protected pw functionality I would greatly appreciate it.

Vimeo pro embedding is just your own player! Live broadcast cannot be called to another player. Content Paying Solution: Inplayer
