I am having a hard time to record in vMix with this camera. I receive the error message: A Video Codec has not been configured. The message is from: StartStopRecording.EX.AV!

What do you have the output of the BMDCC set to?
What recording format is it set to?

In other words, is this a generic problem with recording any sort of input? And are you able to preview the input from the BMD Pocket 4K OK, even if you can't record it?
