Yes this can be done by combining shortcuts. You can create a shortcut that calls on a selected overlay then another shortcut that selects a video or input. If you want the same action to occur together all the time then under either shortcut go into the advance tab and add the other shortcut and there you have it. The advance tab under shortcuts allows you to build macros. So you can trigger much more then one action if desired.
