Hi

Our customer FC Bayern Munich Basketball (leader in German professional basketball league) will start with their free live streaming events on Sunday 16th (tomorrow). Tipp-Off against "Telekom Baskets Bonn" will be at 6pm (german time). They use vMix as their basic tool for the complete production. Usually the games in Germany are protected by geotagging but as I heard this game tomorrow should be an "open" match and can be watched worldwide.

It would be great to receive some response if stream is available worldwide. Enjoy our production with vMix on Livestream FC Bayern Munich Basketball

The current program is a replay from Euroleague game last Thursday at Tel Aviv (Israel) which was produced by local tv-station.

Our vMix production will start tonight at 5:45 pm local time (Germany). I am not sure whether they show a re-stream of our production for the next days. I will keep you updated.

do you do al the titleing with vmix? everything or is there external stuff

Good stream. Scales well on a 42 inch monitor. Like the Scoreboad graphic with the PIP shotclock

Production is successfully completed, everything went well.

Re-Stream is still available at http://www.fcb-basketball.de/livestream

All titles and lower-thirds are generated with VMIX, scoreboard graphics with real-time data and PIP shotclock, too. Statistics were keyed from external source with direct live access to official scouting system of German basketball league.

Our customer is very happy with the result, comments on all social media channels were very positive. Hope you enjoyed it, too. Thank you for watching and posting.

Hi Bryan,

Thanks for your compliments. In our professional league in Germany it is obligatory to have a scoreboard at FIBA-1 level. All clubs use large video screens for this purpose so they all have computers to receive the data from the scoreboard controller. On this computer the graphics are generated according to the rules. And this is where we start. We installed vMix desktop capture on this scoreboard computer and connected the device to our internal router. With virtual input and multi-view we cutted the data from the original graphics and fitted everything to the final look of our customers scoreboard graphic for the stream.

Unfortunately we have no direct access to scoreboard controllers because of the different protocol types of the scoreboard suppliers. But as long as you have a computer generating the scoreboard graphics in the arena you can usually capture the desktop of this computer and cut out the data you require. In minor leagues this might be a problem but in professional leagues it is a proper solution.
