I'm running vMix on the following hardware: CPU: i7-4770 GPU: Nvidia GTX 660 RAM: 8 GB Input devices: 1 AVerMedia Live Gamer HD at 1920x1080 and 1 AVerMedia ExtremeCap U3 at 1920x1080 Output resolution: 1920x1080
When I have the software configured for "NTSC 60p", I get a render time of 40-50 ms with Fullscreen output enabled. If I choose "NTSC 60i or 30p", the render time is under 20-30 ms -- still a little higher than I would like. In both cases, the CPU usage is around 5-10% and GPU usage is around 25%.
The Nvidia's card DVI output is connected to the monitor of the PC and the Fullscreen output is sent to the HDMI output, which is then distributed to several TVs.
Is there anything I can do to reduce the render time?
