240K? Or 240meg?
With 240MB up you should be blazing fast. Never seen that. With only 240k i doubt you can send anything, honestly.

I also paid attention to that youtube gives low bitrate warnings, it scares me.
It is because of what image I am directing out. In the camera image, the upload bitrate is set at 2500 kbps and stays about there. If the outgoing image is a photo or a powerpoint slide, the upload bitrate will drop to 400-800kbps. It will generate a low bitrate error message on youtube within minutes.
And if I change the camera image back, then upload bitrate goes up and within a few minutes youtube declares the upload bitrate is normal.
Does anyone know, if there is any setting that keeps bitrate stable so that youtube doesn't get error messages?

This is normal behavior for any streaming software. Stream a static black screen at 2500 Kbps and you will get a low bitrate-- there's no way to force the encoder to make the bitrate higher than it needs.
The warning doesn't actually affect anything. You just have to watch when that warning is produced to see whether it's the result of sending low bandwidth content as opposed to an actual connectivity issue.
